Complainant was buying beer when a Black male (6’1″, thin build mid 20’s, wearing skullcap, black coat and jeans jumped into his 2016 blue Ford Fusion ($16,000) and drove off southbound on Ridge Ave. Cameras available on location. Complainant left keys in vehicle and engine running.

Witness, acting manager for apartment complex, states that between hours of 4:30PM on 11/26 and 10:30AM on 11/29 unknown person gained entry to mail room by damaging door frame and took several packages ($1000). Mail room and building is equipped with security cameras.

Witness, property manager at listed location, has security footage that shows an unknown black male (light complexion, wearing a black and white cap, blue sweatshirt and blue jeans taking a Samsung TV ($600) and a rack of barbell weights ($150) from the common area of the apartment. Property manager is not sure how listed male gained entry into the building because he is not a resident.

While complainant was filling his gas tank, an unknown male was viewed on video surveillance entering compl’s vehicle, taking his iPhone 12 Pro Max phone (value: $1100), and fleeing in a Hyundai.

Complainant (manager) states she was notified by service technician that the back door to the maintenance basement was left unlocked and the front door was open and listed items were taken. Apartment building has video.

Complainant returned to her apt and noticed her boyfriend waiting for her in the hallway of the bldg. After they entered the apt he grabbed her by the throat and choked her punching her face. Male pointed a black handgun at her head and neck then fled the location before police arrived.

Complainant states his driver side front window was smashed ($800 damage) and his wallet (containing $100 cash and IDs) was stolen.

Fire Department responded to listed location with living room in flames. witness states that offender broke out the front windows with an unknown object and then fled on foot westbound on Penn St then n/b on Conrad St. Ring camera shows the male walking up the street with a yellow shopping bag, then running from the area without it. Device deemed incendiary and suspicious.

Complainant parked her vehicle at listed location at approx 1PM. When she returned at 1:20PM she observed her passenger side window broken out and her backpack (containing her wallet and $100 cash) was missing. Compl also said that one of her credit cards was used to charge $420 at the wine & spirits store on Main St. in Manayunk.

Complainant parked her 1997 white Ford F450 truck (value: $500) at listed location on 11/9 at 9AM. She noticed it was gone on 11/10 at 8:30AM. Compl inherited truck from her father. Compl has requested SEPTA camera footage. Tow file negative.

Complainant parked her white 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport at 7AM. When she returned at 9AM on 11/10, she discovered that an unknown person had taken the vehicle’s catalytic converter (value: $2000).

Complainant states that between 11:45PM on 11/8 and noon on 11/9, an unknown offender stole a black and white electric G4 scooter (value: $600) from outside campus building.

Complainant’s red 2016 Chevy Trax was taken from listed location (keys were in the vehicle). Complainant did not see offender. OnStar located vehicle parked at 4500 Marvine St. Complainant’s wallet, ID, debit card, Springfleld Hellcat 9MM pistol, and other items were missing from vehicle.

Complainant states she left her white 2020 Nissan Rogue (value: $25000) parked and secured at 5PM on 11/08 on the highway in front of 3510 Scotts Lane. Upon returning at 7AM on 11/9 she noticed the vehicle was missing.

Complainant parked his gray 2020 Mazda 6 (value: $32000) at listed location on 11/8 at 4:30PM. When he returned at 7:30AM on 11/9, the vehicle was gone.

Complainant parked her silver 2015 Volkswagen Tiguan (value: $17000) at listed location on 11/7 at 4:30PM. When she returned at 5:05AM on 11/8, the vehicle was gone.

Complainant left for work at 8PM on 11/5. When he returned at 6AM on 11/6, he noticed that his safe had been taken out of his bedroom closet. Inside the safe were various documents, $42,000 cash, a Derringer .22 handgun, 1 shotgun, 1 Rowenback rifle (and also ammo for the firearms), gold rings and pearl necklace. Compl believes offenders entered through the basement.

An unknown offender removed the catalytic converter from complainant’s 2002 silver Honda Accord between 8AM and 6PM on 11/5.

Complainant parked her 2017 Toyota Corolla at 3:30PM. When she returned at 5PM, she noticed the passenger side window had been damaged ($1000 estimate to repair) and her purse was missing (containing $1000 cash and several credit cards).

Complainant’s 2016 Ford Escape (value: $15,000) broke down at approximately 8PM on 11/2. When she returned on 11/3, vehicle was missing. Negative on tow and state police files.

Complainant parked his vehicle at 1:50PM on 11/1. When he returned at 12:50AM on 11/2, he noticed that the catalytic converter had been stolen. No video. No print evidence.

4055 Ridge Ave. 
7AM
Complainant left her apartment locked and secured at 7AM. When she returned at 4PM, she discovered that the front door was damaged and unknown person(s) had gained entry to the apartment. Several items were missing: $10,000 cash, Gucci watch ($2000), computer bag ($1000) and various items of clothing ($1000). Police processed the scene with negative results.

Complainant was inside the 7-Eleven when a white male in a Flyers jersey jumped into compl’s white 2018 Nissan Altima (value: $18000) and fled southbound on Ridge Ave. Compl had personal items in vehicle.

If you have security cameras, please register them with OPERATION SAFECAM – it’s a free service offered by the Police Department. Video captured by your camera may assist in the investigation of a crime.
