Witness said she heard banging at first floor apartment door on 5/22 at approximately 6PM and called police.

When he returned at 11AM, he noticed garage door ajar and several items missing (pole saw, painting equipment, electric boxes, and lawn equipment. No signs of forced entry. Compl said that door is operated by motor only (activated by remote control) and has a tendency to open on its own. No surveillance in the area. Police advised compl to install security cameras.  Value: $3500

Complainant had a verbal altercation with her daughter’s father (offender) which turned physical. Compl tried to pull away in her car when the offender tried to pull her out of the car, grabbing her clothes first, then her throat. Offender then stole compl’s cellphone at which time compl was able to drive to the police station. Value of phone: $800. No arrest.
