Upon entry police noticed drawers and closet doors open on 2nd floor and wife’s jewelry missing from master bedroom. Scene processed with 2 latent prints lifted from the back door. Items taken: Necklaces, rings, earrings, and other valuables. Value: $12000

Complainant parked her 2019 white Lincoln MKX at 8PM in the parking lot of listed location (vehicle was secured). When she returned on 5/14 at 8AM, she noticed that the several items were missing (Patagonia black coat, HP laptop, and silver iPad Pro. Value $1120). Vehicle was ransacked and there was no forced entry. Complainant stated gate to the parking lot has been broken and unable to secure.

Complainant was asleep in his house when he heard loud bangs coming from downstairs. He went downstairs and found offenders in his dining room. He noticed windows were broken and door was open. Offender took a fighting stance then ran out the rear door and then northbound in alleyway.

Complainant left her boyfriend’s 2012 blue Lexus S300 parked in rear driveway of her residence at 7PM. When she returned to vehicle the next morning at approximately 7:30am she found items thrown around inside of vehicle and several items missing, including a leather binder with several CDs ($300 value) and $10 worth of loose change. No forced entry, vehicle unlocked. Two latent prints discovered on center console area and door handle of driver’s side rear door.

Complainant left his residence at 11AM. When he returned home at 1:30PM, he saw that the rear door of his property was pried open with damage to the door frame. No items seemed to be missing and the house didn’t appear disturbed. Police processed the scene with negative results. Complainant has cameras on the property, but the door is not in view of the camera._
