Complainant witnessed offender (white male, 12years old, dark shorts) came onto her porch and tried to take package. Compl. confronted offender who ran westbound towards Ridge Ave. without package.

10:30PM
Complainant parked her blue 2008 Hyundai Tuscan on 8/11. When she returned the next day at 8:45AM she noticed her door and glove box had been pried open. No cameras. Stolen: $50 cash, iPod and chargers. Value $300.

Complainant was transported to ER by witness. Compl. had approx. 5 gunshot wounds (1 stomach and 2 each in right leg and right foot). Compl. in critical but stable condition, according to doctor.

Police observed offender pulling on door handles and tracked offender to rear alley of above location. When police entered alley offender was observed exiting a parked 2013 Volkswagen Passat (silver). Police exited vehicle and male fled leaving car door open. Offender detained after pursuit. Owner states male did not have permission to be in vehicle. Nothing was taken.

Complainant and offender are in an intimate relationship, offender told compl. they were no longer in a relationship. Compl. put offender’s belonglngs outside and offender became irate and flipped a glass table and used the glass to stab complainant in his right leg. Compl. produced PFA against offender. Offender arrested and transported to Einstein for a small cut to forehead from compl. punching offender in head after being stabbed.

Burglary
5500 Wissahickon Ave. 
Complainant left his apartment in the AM on 8/8. He returned at 7:30PM and found his front door open and found several items missing. Compl. stated he locked door before he left. No forced entry. Police processed scene with negative results. Unknown if building has cameras. Stolen: JBL Headphones, Gatewood laptop,  PS4, iPhone 6, iPad, Canon digital camera, gold watch, five gallon jug of change, and several chargers. Value: $1950

Complainant states he parked his red 2010 Mercedes-Benz GLK 350 on 8-5 at approximately 10PM. When he returned to his vehicle on 8-6 at approx. 5:30AM he noticed that an unknown person had gained entry to his vehicle, no forced entry. Inside the vehicle was ransacked and there was damage to center console. incident was caught on security cameras from SEPTA. Nothing was taken.

Complainant states offenders asked to test out his bike (value $100) while he used the restroom at the BP gas station. Offenders and his bike were gone when he returned. Offenders: Two black males, ages between teens–early twenties, both thin. One had medium brown complexion, white shirt and pants. The other had dark complexion.

Complainant left his apartment on the evening of 8/2. When he returned around 5:30 A.M. on 8/3, he noticed several items missing. No forced entry, no video surveillance. Other people had access to apartment. Male also noticed spare key was missing on 8/1 (he thought he’d misplaced it). Police advised compl. to call landlord and change locks. Stolen: 50″ Vizio TV, 13″ silver Macbook, assorted clothes. Value: $1700

Complainant left his wallet inside DNB bank while speaking to teller and did not realize it until he left. Compl. retruned to location but was unable to find wallet. Bank branch manager called compl. to say he identified customer who stole wallet using bank video cameras. Unknown offender attempted to use credit card but compl. had already cancelled them.
