Complainant reports that an unknown Black male attempted to pry front door open with unknown tools damaging the front door. (Description: black ski mask, black Adidas jacket with stripes on arms, gray sweatpants, shirt and black sneakers.) Offender then gained access through a unsecured side sliding door. he took a MacBook Pro ($1500), Nintendo Switch with games and controllers, home theater projector, back pack, headphones ($1080). Compl has video footage of the incident. Police processed scene – unable to recover prints.

Between 12:57 and 2:30PM, unknown person(s) broke the rear driver side window of complainant’s 2013 Subaru sedan and took a Coach purse containing a wallet, various IDs, debit/ credit cards, phone charger, and $10 cash ($250). Credit cards were declined when presented at various local stores.

Complainant stated his apartment was burglarized. Compl stated the last time he was ln the apartment was 12/23. When he Returned on 12/27 his nephew who he let stay there, called him saying someone had broken into the property. The nephew stated he left the property at 12PM on 12/25 and returned at 2AM on 12/26. Compl stated $40,000 cash is missing from bedroom closet and black and blue Nike duffle bag. Police processed scene with negative results.

Complainant met with a male that responded to an ad compl had placed on Facebook Marketplace to sell his gray 2020 Yamaha YZ250 dirtbike ($7000). Compl and the male were in the rear driveway of the location and, after allowing the male to test drive the bike, the male fled in an unknown direction on the bike. After the incident the male spoke to the compl via cellphone and was told the bike was “somewhere” in the Germantown area and the bike would not be returned. He advised the compl to “go ahead and file an insurance claim.”

Complainant (delivery driver) left his 2011 Kia Sportage ($15,000) running in front of 4349 Ridge Ave. (Slices Pizza) and entered the location. While he was inside, a black Nissan Maxima pulled up to the vehicle, an unknown male exited, entered the compl’s vehicle, and drove it away.

Camera footage from the shop shows 2 unknown people (no description given) under the vehicle at 3AM on 12/16. It also shows them walking away.

Offender ordered her out of the vehicle but she refused. Offender then took complainant’s Goyard handbag ($1000) which contained her phone, credit cards, and ID. Offender fled in a silver SUV with another male driver.

Complainant states the burglar alarm was going off when he arrived on location. He observed that the padlock had been cut from the rear door. Nothing was missing at the time of report.

Compl. called Enterprise and was informed the car was involved in an auto accident at Westminster & Farson St. at 10PM on 12/8/21. Compl was not aware the vehicle was taken after he’d parked it.

She honked her horn and offender pulled out a gun, pointed it at the sky and fired one shot. Complainant fled location.

Complainant parked her 2013 Ford Explorer and went for a walk. WHEN she returned, she found her passenger side front and rear windows smashed and her brown leather bag missing. Compl states unknown person used her credit card at a gas station and liquor store. Unknown offender tried to use compl’s debit card but the purchase was declined. Compl states the bank alerrted her while she was out walking.

Unknown offender ransacked complainant’s 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee, (no forced entry) took his AMEX card, and made unauthorized charges of $30. Compl was contacted by West Goshen Police Dept. in reference to a search warrant for a vehicle that had numerous stolen credit cards. Compl was advised to make report by WGPD and requested PPD detectives to contact them in reference to their search warrant. Compl has video of offender attempting to enter other vehicles in the area on the same date of occurrence.
