Complainant reports that an unknown Black male attempted to pry front door open with unknown tools damaging the front door. (Description: black ski mask, black Adidas jacket with stripes on arms, gray sweatpants, shirt and black sneakers.) Offender then gained access through a unsecured side sliding door. he took a MacBook Pro ($1500), Nintendo Switch with games and controllers, home theater projector, back pack, headphones ($1080). Compl has video footage of the incident. Police processed scene – unable to recover prints.

Complainant left her vehicle parked at at above location to go for a walk. When she came back, rear passenger window was broken our and she noticed her Fendi purse ($2500), credit cards, and $700 cash were missing. She said multiple attempts were made to use the credit cards.

Between 12:57 and 2:30PM, unknown person(s) broke the rear driver side window of complainant’s 2013 Subaru sedan and took a Coach purse containing a wallet, various IDs, debit/ credit cards, phone charger, and $10 cash ($250). Credit cards were declined when presented at various local stores.

Complainant stated his apartment was burglarized. Compl stated the last time he was ln the apartment was 12/23. When he Returned on 12/27 his nephew who he let stay there, called him saying someone had broken into the property. The nephew stated he left the property at 12PM on 12/25 and returned at 2AM on 12/26. Compl stated $40,000 cash is missing from bedroom closet and black and blue Nike duffle bag. Police processed scene with negative results.

Complainant parked his beige 2018 Chevy Malibu at listed location. When he returned the two firearms (Smith & Wesson, $300, and a Taurus, $300) he left in the center console were missing. Compl. unsure if he secured the vehicle.

Complainant parked his 2012 Toyota Prius at 4PM at listed location. Upon returning at 5PM, he noticed the front driver’s side window was shattered ($500) and a canvas bag and wallet missing ($100).

Complainant met with a male that responded to an ad compl had placed on Facebook Marketplace to sell his gray 2020 Yamaha YZ250 dirtbike ($7000). Compl and the male were in the rear driveway of the location and, after allowing the male to test drive the bike, the male fled in an unknown direction on the bike. After the incident the male spoke to the compl via cellphone and was told the bike was “somewhere” in the Germantown area and the bike would not be returned. He advised the compl to “go ahead and file an insurance claim.”

Complainant (delivery driver) left his 2011 Kia Sportage ($15,000) running in front of 4349 Ridge Ave. (Slices Pizza) and entered the location. While he was inside, a black Nissan Maxima pulled up to the vehicle, an unknown male exited, entered the compl’s vehicle, and drove it away.

Complainant parked his 1997 Chevy truck on Midvale in front of Midvale Automotive shop on 12/16. Compl returned later that day and noticed the catalytic converter ($1200) was removed from the vehicle. RTC camera located at Midvale & Conrad.

Complainant parked her 2012 gray Nissan Murano in the driveway of the listed location (auto garage) on 12/15. An employee of the shop states on 12/16 he noticed the catalytic converter ($1200) was taken. Camera footage from the shop shows 2 unknown people (no description given) under the vehicle at 3AM on 12/16. It also shows them walking away.

Complainant states that between the hours of 1:30 and 3:00PM an unknown person broke the front passenger side window ($500 damage) of his gold colored 2007 Cadillac STS and stole a black and red backpack containing a Dell laptop (value $800). Police processed the scene with negative results.

Complainant parked 2018 gray Chevrolet Malibu at listed location at about noon. When he returned at 8AM he noticed the front passenger side window was busted out ($200 damage). Nothing of value was taken from vehicle, besides several service orders from his job that contained customer information.

Complainant was sitting in her 2013 Audi when she was approached by an unknown black male (approx.14-l8 yrs old with light skin) who entered the vehicle through front passenger side door. Offender ordered her out of the vehicle but she refused. Offender then took complainant’s Goyard handbag ($1000) which contained her phone, credit cards, and ID. Offender fled in a silver SUV with another male driver.

Complainant (the owner of listed garage) states that on 12/10 at 2:06AM he received a notification from his security company about interior motion at the location. Complainant states the burglar alarm was going off when he arrived on location. He observed that the padlock had been cut from the rear door. Nothing was missing at the time of report.

Compl reviewed cameras and saw three unknown Black males come in as silver Chevrolet Equinox and get out and walk up to his car.

Offender was observed hiding store items in his clothes. Male walked past all points of purchase after being asked by complainant to return items from his pockets, male returned some items, but kept some and fled the store male was stopped and arrested.

Complainant states he parked his Enterprise rental vehicle (2020 gray Toyota Camry) at 3200 Cresson St. Compl noticed at 8AM the following morning that the car was missing. Compl. called Enterprise and was informed the car was involved in an auto accident at Westminster & Farson St. at 10PM on 12/8/21. Compl was not aware the vehicle was taken after he’d parked it.

Complainant states his 2020 Chrysler 300 was parked overnight when an unknown offender broke the passenger side rear window and gained entry. A Louis Vuitton bag and clothing ($3,200) were taken from the vehicle.

Complainant returned home to find offender trying to give their child something. Compl and offender got into a dispute and offender pushed his way into the apartment. Things then turned physical as offender hit compl multiple times with a broom. Compl had a slightly swollen arm. Offender had fled the scene by the time police arrived.

Complainant was driving northbound on Kelly Drive approaching the intersection of Midvale Ave. When an unknown person in a red Chevrolet (possibly a malibu) pulled out in front of compl. She honked her horn and offender pulled out a gun, pointed it at the sky and fired one shot. Complainant fled location.

Complainant parked her 2013 Ford Explorer and went for a walk. WHEN she returned, she found her passenger side front and rear windows smashed and her brown leather bag missing. Compl states unknown person used her credit card at a gas station and liquor store. Unknown offender tried to use compl’s debit card but the purchase was declined. Compl states the bank alerrted her while she was out walking.

Complainant parked and secured 2019 gray Toyota Rav 4 at listed time. When he returned at 12:12PM with his daughter he observed the front passenger side wlndow damaged and his daughter’s backpack was missing. Backpack contained a Macbook Pro laptop ($2,000), chargers ($50), $180 cash, and IDs/credit cards.

Complainant has received numerous notices in the mail about toll booth violations due to compl’s old license plate on another vehicle. Compl believes plate was stolen at listed location (his job site). Compl advised to contact PPA.

Complainant parked his 2000 Ford Fusion at listed time. When he returned to the car, he noticed that his 9MM extended magazine ($100) was missing from a black bag which was in the rear seat. Compl believes he my have left the car unlocked.

Unknown offender ransacked complainant’s 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee, (no forced entry) took his AMEX card, and made unauthorized charges of $30. Compl was contacted by West Goshen Police Dept. in reference to a search warrant for a vehicle that had numerous stolen credit cards. Compl was advised to make report by WGPD and requested PPD detectives to contact them in reference to their search warrant. Compl has video of offender attempting to enter other vehicles in the area on the same date of occurrence.
