Unknown offender(s) removed the catalytic converter ($2000) from complainant’s 2002 Chevy van sometime during the previous night (7/16).

Witness (vehicle owner’s cousin) observed two offenders (Black males, age unknown) cut the catalytic converter from her cousin’s 2013 VW Golf, get into a black sedan driven by a 3rd Black male, and flee via Gypsy Lane (toward School House Lane).

Complainant parked her 2017 Honda Accent at 3:11PM and went for a walk with her dog. When she returned, her front passenger window was smashed and several items were missing: $2400 cash, iPhone X ($1500), Steve Madden purse ($100).

Complainant parked her 2012 Chevrolet Traverse at 2PM and went for a walk. When she returned at 3:49PM, her front passenger window was smashed and several items were missing: projector and projector bag ($3000), laptop and laptop bag ($700), $52 cash, black fanny pack ($20) and bookbag ($20).

Complainant and witness stated offender had been staying with them at listed location. On listed date and time, offender became belligerent after drinking alcohol and refused to leave. Offender threatened compl. and witness with a firearm while they were on back deck. Compl and witness then heard what sounded like gunshots and also banging on the rear door. When police arrived, they observed one live round on the deck steps. Offender, who was on scene, stated he has license to carry and that his firearm was in his bookbag. Police recovered firearm and placed on property receipt.

When she returned at 2PM, she discovered her rear driver-side window had been smashed and several items were missing: multiple books (including a Bible), one (1) black purse, one reusable tan bag, one yellow skort, multiple clothing items, and credit cards. No witnesses or surveillance cameras in area.

When complainant returned to her parked vehicle she observed an unknown offender (Black male, medium build, 6’1”, black sneakers, black pants, black shirt, black hat, and blue mask) attempting to break into vehicle via the rear passenger window. As compl called police, offender fled on foot southbound on Kelly Drive. Nothing missing from the vehicle.

Verbal altercation broke out between complainant and the offender (father of her child) when he arrived to pick up the child. Offender slapped compl then pushed her around. He then lifted his shirt to reveal a gun in the waistband of his pants and said “I’ll kill you” before leaving. According to compl, male has permit.
