3160 Midvale Ave. (Rite Aid)
Offender took foot spray and allergy medicine ($60) and left the store without paying. After exiting store, he walked toward Ridge Ave. Description: Hispanic male, 5’7″, thin build, black or dark blue jacket with white fur, black pants, green & black bag.

4168 Ridge Ave. (Sunoco gas station)
Police responded to the listed location for a person with a gun. Upon police arrival, the listed witness (employee) stated that a group of unknown offenders were taking items from the store without paying and fled. Police followed and stopped offenders, who were positively identified by the witness. Upon further investigation, no weapon(s) were involved. Retail theft only ($60.56 value). Three persons arrested.

5500 Wissahickon Ave (Alden Park)
Witness states the offender removed without permission from a locked basement storage area the following items valued at $39,000: nine (9) Carrier HAVC units, four (4) Climate Master Tranquility water service heat pumps. Video evidence available.

Lincoln Dr/W. Rittenhouse St
Complainant found her 2017 Hyundai with a broken front passenger window with her Apple MacBook Air, ID card and various other credit cards taken. No surveillance or witnesses at time of report.

36XX Gypsy Ln.
Complainant states that between 6PM 11/11 and 9AM 11/12, an unknown person stole her white 2020 Hyundai Elantra containing gym equipment and books. No surveillance of this incident available at this time.

Attempted theft
36XX Calumet St. 
Complainant states he parked his gray 2014 Hyundai at location on the evening of 11/11. The next day he noticed passenger side rear window has been broken and the steering column damaged. Nothing was missing from inside. Ring camera video indicates unknown masked males in all black 4AM – 5AM in a black SUV.

Attempted theft
3591 Cresson St. (Ravenswood Apts.)
Complainant states on 11/12 between 3:35AM and 11:35AM an unknown person broke the passenger side rear window of his 2023 Hyundai Elantra, and also damaged the ignition and steering column in an attempt to steal vehicle No surveillance of this incident available at this time.

3640 Stanton St (St Bridget Lofts)
Complainant states that between 11/1 at 11:20AM and 11/11 at 8AM an unknown person stole his package containing Ecco shoes worth $150 from the mailroom inside his property. No surveillance of this incident available.

5450 Wissahickon Ave. (The Avenue)
Complainant states between 11:50PM 11/10 and 6AM 11/11, an unknown person stole his gray 2015 Hyundai Elantra. All tow files checked with negative results; no surveillance of this incident available at this time.

4141 Ridge Ave. 
Complainant states that between 7PM 11/10 and 6AM 11/11, an unknown person stole her gray 2020 Kia Forte. All tow files checked with negative results; no surveillance of this incident available at this time.

4328 Ridge Ave. (Falls Bridge Lofts Apts.)
Complainant states that he parked his vehicle at location around 3:30PM, went for a walk, and returned around 4:10PM to find his passenger window had been broken into, and the following items had been taken: Earpods ($200), Lululemon belt ($20), driver’s license, and $20 in cash. Scene contaminated. Complainant has dashcam video footage: the offender is B/M, 6’3”, beard, operating a black Nissan Murano SUV.

Lincoln Dr/W. Rittenhouse St.
Complainant states that she left her white 2016 Mazda parked at location on 11/09 at 12:30PM and returned to her vehicle at approximately 4PM to find both passenger side windows broken out and her leather purse (value $60) was missing from inside the trunk. Vehicle also sustained about $200 worth of damage.

5200 Wissahickon Ave. 
Complainant stated that he parked his 2022 Toyota Camry at approx. 4:15PM on 11/04. He returned at 6:45AM the next morning to find that all four wheels had been removed and were missing from the vehicle, which was sitting on plastic containers. Cost of wheels is $4000.

208 Rittenhousetown Ln.
Complainant states he parked his car at 2:30 PM and returned at 3:30 PM to find the passenger side front window was broken out, and his “Dango” brand wallet (valued at $120) was missing.

Attempted theft
4328 Ridge Ave. (Falls Bridge Lofts)
Complainant found listed rental vehicle (2021 white Chrysler) with rear driver’s window broken and damage to steering column and fuse box in an attempted theft. No items taken from the vehicle. No surveillance or witnesses at time of report.
