Complainant arrived at location (her secondary residence) to find 2nd and 3rd floors ransacked with items strewn about in every room. Offender(s) entered residence by rear deck, using a ladder on the property (deck doors were unlocked). Offender(s) exited through front door. Complainant stated she visits property a few times a year but it is mostly vacant. Stolen items: 1 gold ring, 1 watch, 8 sheet sets, handbags, & 1 basket of costume jewelry. Value: $4,300
