Complainant left her adult red tricycle (with white metal basket) outside her apartment between 9:30AM and 1:30PM and unknown offender(s) took it. Value: $200

36XX Fisk Ave.
8:30PM
Complainant saw 2 unknown Black males (15-17 years old) enter her black Kia Optima and take a Razor scooter out of the back. When offenders ran, they dropped the scooter and owner was able to recover it. No other items taken at the time but vehicle was ransacked. No damage to door. Possibly left unlocked.

Burglary
5450 Wissahickon Ave.
Noon
Complainant left her apartment at noon on 7/14. She returned on 07/15 at 5PM and noticed items in her bedroom had been moved around and several items were missing: white gold ring, gold wedding ring set, Gucci watch missing (value $4800). No forced entry. Compl lives alone, no one else is supposed to have access. Building is a secure apt building with cameras. Video not available at this time. Scene processed with negative results.

35XX Indian Queen Ln. 
8PM
Complainant let male offender stay in her residence because he had fallen on hard times and had no place to go. She states over the course of the month offender had been taking property out of the house. Stolen items: Sony Pro camera, apple desktop computer, Eric Lindros Flyers jersey, Bluetooth speaker. Value $5295
