Video shows offender sitting next to bookbag at 4:49, unzipping it, taking out laptop, and walking out of camera range. Offender left building and gets into what appears to be an Audi A4 with NY tags. Value: $1,000

Vehicle was left unlocked. Offender arrested.

Scene was processed by police with several fingerprints developed. No security cameras in the area. Stolen items: iPad, MacBook, 70” LG television, 50” LG television, several watches, jewelry. Value: $9,000

Police circled block through alley and observed male in parked 2015 black Chrysler 200 with passenger side door and trunk open. Male exited vehicle with a birthday card (value $1) in his hands. When male searched, .38 caliber bullets were discovered on him (reported missing from Tilden Street incident at same date/time)

While complainant was driving his child’s mother to work in Horsham, she started a verbal dispute and then began trying to pull his hands off the steering wheel, almost causing an accident. Offender then refused to get out of the vehicle while compl. was making police report. Offender stated that compl. slapped her in the face, but officers could discern no marks on either party. Compl. states that offender took his vehicle registration and insurance card.
