When male searched, .38 caliber bullets were discovered on him (reported missing from Tilden Street incident at same date/time)

Offender then refused to get out of the vehicle while compl. was making police report. Offender stated that compl. slapped her in the face, but officers could discern no marks on either party. Compl. states that offender took his vehicle registration and insurance card.
