Video shows offender sitting next to bookbag at 4:49, unzipping it, taking out laptop, and walking out of camera range. While on patrol, police observed offender getting into a parked 2019 silver Subaru Outback and looking around suspiciously. Female had previously told police she was going to a friend’s house and then home. Owner of vehicle located and stated they didn’t know offender and offender didn’t have permission to be in vehicle. Vehicle was left unlocked. Offender arrested.

Complainant states his black 2008 Lexus LS460 was taken between 9:45 and 10:45PM. No valuables in car. Keys were in compl’s truck. No signs of forced entry. Value: $5,000

Complainant left his home at 6PM on 11/23. When he returned on 11/26 at 2PM, he noticed the front door was ajar. Compl. couldn’t be certain he locked the door when he left. Scene was processed by police with several fingerprints developed. No security cameras in the area. Stolen items: iPad, MacBook, 70” LG television, 50” LG television, several watches, jewelry. When he returned, he found doors open and several items missing (Nike bag, clothing, miscellaneous tools, stroller, brown wallet, $400 cash. Value: $1500). Compl. states vehicle locked. No signs of forced entry or damage to vehicle.

Complainant parked her black Toyota Sienna at listed location at listed time. When she returned, vehicle had been towed by Lew Blum and her silver 13” MacBook Pro was missing. There was no signs of forced entry and vehicle was locked when compl. parked it. Value: $1000

Complainant states while checking his home surveillance cameras, he witnessed unknown black male trespass on his property, steal a package (containing white jeans), and flee on foot. Value: $30. Offender description: Black male, approximately 45-55 years old, 5’10” height, 210 pounds, black coat.

While on patrol, police observed a male walking in rear alley of location. Police circled block through alley and observed male in parked 2015 black Chrysler 200 with passenger side door and trunk open. Male exited vehicle with a birthday card (value $1) in his hands. When male searched, .38 caliber bullets were discovered on him (reported missing from Tilden Street incident at same date/time)

While investigating theft, police located another vehicle (2015 Subaru) ransacked at listed location. Complainant states that .38 caliber speed loader (w 10 bullets) missing. No signs of forced entry – vehicle was left unlocked. Value: $100

Complainant states he parked his 2005 green Ford Mustang at listed date and time. When he returned on 11/10, vehicle was gone. Value: $5000

Witness observed offenders inside complainant’s 2011 red Ford Focus, taking items. When witness confronted males, they fled on foot eastbound on Coulter. They were later stopped by police and positively identified.

Complainant heard her 2017 Nissan Armada start up in her driveway and begin to back out into street. When compl. rushed outside, unknown male (21-25 years old) jumped out of car and fled on foot. He was later stopped by police and identified by compl.

Complainant witnessed offender on video walk onto his property and take a package containing a sewing machine. Compl. also reported that his 95 white Honda Accord had been broken into, but nothing was taken. Suspect description: Black male, 16-20 years old, black hat and coat, thin build.

Complainant arrived at 39th police precinct to report that he’d received a FedEx delivery notification for a watch, but he confirmed object was missing. Value: $80

While complainant was driving his child’s mother to work in Horsham, she started a verbal dispute and then began trying to pull his hands off the steering wheel, almost causing an accident. Offender then refused to get out of the vehicle while compl. was making police report. Offender stated that compl. slapped her in the face, but officers could discern no marks on either party. Compl. states that offender took his vehicle registration and insurance card.
