Three males entered pizza shop and stole $30 from tip jar. Complainant has video of offenders. Compl states that kids come in every day and cause disturbances, even during school hours. Description: 3 black males – 1. 16-17 years old, light skinned, black tshirt, blue and white bandanna wrapped around. 2.  16-17 years old, dark-skinned, white tshirt with the word “Village” on it. 3. 13-14 years old, black tshirt. Value: $30

Complainant left gym bag unattended in the gym area of the Gallagher Building. When he returned to the bag, his iPhone 7 was missing. Compl tracked phone to Sunoco on Walnut Ln and then to another Sunoco location. Upon arrival by compl at both locations, negative results. Value: $800

Offender took several items from complainant’s front porch: Febreze, candles, gardening hoe (value: $20). Compl has video of offender. Description: white male, 26-30 years old, 5’7”, thin build, brown hair, black shirt, pants, and shoes.

Police responded to call by complainant, who had offender pinned to floor in bedroom when they arrived. She said offender tried to stab her in the neck with a broken piece of glass from a hookah pipe during an argument over rent payment and offender moving out of apartment. Compl had laceration on right hand near thumb and a cut on her left knee. Offender was arrested.

Responding to report of stolen textbook (value: $70) from listed location, police arrived and stopped male who fit description of offender. They witnessed him drop package at nearby address. Witness also ID’d offender. He was arrested.

Complainant was in line to pay for items when she noticed her wallet missing from her purse. She’s certain it was there when she got in line. Wallet contained various credit cards, ID, insurance cards, keys, and $40 cash. Value: $40

Between 9/1 and 9/9 at noon, unknown person(s) cut the locks off of complainant’s bikes — Trek 4400 (gray) and Trek 820 women’s model (black and white) — and removed them from the property. Bikes were stored in common area where multiple people have access via key fob. Mgmt will survey video to attempt to identify culprits. Value: $1400
