Famous 4th Street Cookie’s much-anticipated new retail & coffee counter was worth the wait.
Of course you already know their cookies are da bomb – their chocolate chip was voted Best in Pennsylvania by Cosmo magazine! Famous 4th’s factory has been in the Falls since 2016, and now they’ve opened a handy little Buck-a-Cup station, with locally-roasted Chestnut Hill Coffee. Serve yourself from convenient “air-pots” by the cash register.
Pick up some cookies for later (or eat one for breakfast, no one’s judging). Treat yourself to a choice of flavors including the old standbys chocolate chip & oatmeal raisin, plus some twists with peanut butter, white chocolate, and macadamia nuts… They even have chocolate-dipped black & white cookies just like the Seinfeld episode! HOLIDAY COOKIE TIP: They sell unbaked dough for $10 a tub.
You can still order online for local pickup, of course. But it’s great to have a quick, handy coffee stop on Ridge that’s away from the gas station snarls and drama. Buck a cup, can’t beat that! “We sell a ton like this at our Reading Terminal location,” dude at the counter told us.
We’ve certainly had a few cups already — cheers to another great spot to catch a warm buzz (and a delicious sugar rush) in the Falls.
