Complainant reported that his 2009 black Suzuki GSXR750 motorcycle ($5500) was stolen after he parked it parked outside his house. The motorcycle was last seen on 1/14 at 9PM and was missing by 9AM the following day. The complainant has a Ring camera but could not view the footage. A nearby residence also has a Ring camera, but no surveillance footage available at the time of the report.

Complainant parked his 2011 gray Ford Transit at the listed location on 1/12 at 5:45PM. Upon returning at 6:30AM on 1/13, the vehicle’s rear doors were pried open ($300), and various tools were stolen, including a Milwaukee electric drill, nail gun, and saw, along with a backpack containing various hand tools. The stolen items are valued at $5,000.

Complainant’s 2021 white Nissan Altima was stolen from the listed location. She was alerted that the vehicle was being started by her phone app. The car was tracked to 8XX Tioga St, where it was found undamaged but with an almost empty fuel tank. Items stolen from the vehicle included a Sky Car Device, a black Nike duffel bag, Jordan One sneakers, UGG boots, and perfume ($1,130). The vehicle was taken to a dealership for reprogramming ($190).

Complainant reported that she was talking to the offender about money. When the offender refused to give her money, she told him she no longer wanted to speak to him. The offender then left but returned a few moments later and began to choke the complainant. When she fought back, the offender slammed her to the ground and pulled out a black firearm, pointing it at her. The complainant told the offender he was being recorded. The offender then grabbed her camera ($200) and fled the location.
