Complainant states while traveling northbound on Route 1 toward Wissahickon Ave., an unknown Black male stopped his vehicle in front of compl’s vehicle, got out and tapped on compl’s window with a screwdriver while telling compl to get out. Offender then tried to open compl’s vehicle door, but it was locked. Offender then got back in vehicle and fled northbound on Route 1.

Complainant states she last saw her child abuse clearance letter in an envelope in her apartment on 5/11 at noon. She noticed it was not in the envelope on 5/18 at 9AM. No one has permission to enter the apt or has keys, compl has been in and out of the apt since the day she saw the letter. No signs of forced entry.

Complainant parked his vehicle (2003 chevy Express van) on 5/1. When he returned at 7AM on 5/2 his window was shattered and door handle, which had been pried off, was hanging detached. Several items were taken from the vehicle (black Michael Kors wallet that contained $60 cash, IDs, and various credit cards. Value: $290). Police requested video footage from the resident management office.

Complainant was checking into children crisis response. She was in a hospital gown and was going into the bathroom to change but the offender did not allow her to. Offender pushed her to the ground and raped her.

Complainant states that employee (offender) took small amounts of cash from the register multiple times between 4/11 and 4/17 (totaling $400). Offender has since been fired. complainant states that the incidents were caught on camera.
