Complainant, a minor, reported that while playing with his cousin at the listed location, the offender (uncle) entered the room holding a belt and struck the complainant in the eye and back. The complainant’s eye was swollen shut, and the back had multiple marks. The complainant and their legal guardian (grandmother) were transported to St. Christopher Hospital for treatment.
