Complainant had been having ongoing verbal disputes with neighbor. Offender approached compl today about calling the cops on his son. Compl attempted to walk away when offender struck him from behind. Compl was knocked unconscious for a few minutes. treated at hospital for a fractured left orbital as well as cuts and scrapes to the left side of his face (required 4 total stitches).

Complainant stated he was sitting in his black 2017 Ford Fusion. One of the offenders approached him when the second offender exited the nearby bushes and sprayed the compl with mace. The compl then exited the vehicle and the offenders jumped in and fled southbound on 4300 Dobson. The compl then ran to Franks Pizza and called police. Value: $10,000

Complainant parked his vehicle at listed location to go to work and when he returned his wallet was gone from the center console. No surveillance available. Value: $230

Complainant states he left apartment at approximately 2AM and when he returned at 4:30AM he noticed cabinets opened and his furniture in disarray. Compl stated he left his door unlocked, not something he usually does. Multiple articles of high-end clothing and shoes were taken. Several items of electronics and cash were in view on cabinets and the floor. Survey of hallway resulted in finding doorbell cameras at several nearby units. All entry points at ground level had cameras. Value: $4000

Complainant parked his car at listed location and when he returned to his vehicle his green duffle bag was missing from the back seat. Value: $70

Complainant parked her Toyota Prius at listed location at 9PM. When she returned on 10/15 at approximately 7AM, she found the vehicle up on a jack on the passenger side and when she attempted to start vehicle it made odd sounds. Compl noticed the catalytic converter was missing. No witnesses or cameras. Value: $1500

Complainant states she left her wallet containing $20, Kansas driver’s license, several credit cards, SEPTA Transpass and cash app card on the bar at above location and when she returned for it a few days later the wallet was gone. Value: $60

Complainant states that after a verbal dispute with unknown offender over talking loudly, offender went to his truck and pulled something out of the driver’s side. Offender then returned to compl’s house, pulled his shirt up revealing a gray semiautomatic pistol, and said “do you wanna get shot?”
