Police observed a black female standing aggressively at driver’s side window of complainant’s vehicle with a large hammer and bar. White male in driver’s seat had tire iron pointed at female. Complainant stated he was police and asked the offender to step a way from the vehicle. Police took tools from female and requested a supervisor. female arrested. Captain Vail notified. Items placed on property receipts. All supervisors notified.

Complainant was notified by witness that there was an unknown offender (black male, approx. 50 years old) in his house. Compl checked property and noticed his cell phone missing (value $200). No signs of forced entry (compl often leaves back door open). Witness saw offender flee northbound on Ridge Ave.

Complainant was operating his motorcycle near above location when vehicle performed an aggressive maneuver to cut him off that nearly caused him to lose control and cause an accident. Female was identified as the operator. Compl was able to catch up to the vehicle and provide police with tag info. Vehicle located at registered address and held.

Witness (building engineer) arrived at school at 6AM on 9/8. While inside, he found side door unlocked and open with glass panel broken out of frame. Unknown if anything was taken at the time. School has cameras in building. Footage was forwarded to school police to review. Principal was last on location at listed date/time (building was secure then). Alarm tripped on 9/7 at 6:40PM.

Complainant was involved in verbal argument with offender over the wearing of a face mask. Compl left premises to cool down. When he returned, he was struck from behind with a closed fist to the ribs. Compl states three of his ribs were broken in incident. Compl filed report at 39th District after seeking medical treatment at hospital.
