Happy 1st Father’s Day to Frequency Tattoo’s John Howie, who’s rearranging his schedule to make room for Daddy time.
April 5th, John Howie and his wife Dana Michael welcomed the birth of their daughter and first child, Olivia Perle Howie, who weighed 6lbs, 15oz. Olive came early to crash John & Dana’s 5th wedding anniversary, and since then has had her captivated parents in the palm of her adorable little hand.
John’s stepping back from this thriving shop on Ridge to focus on his new family, but no worries! Three superstar artists keep Frequency Tattoo humming (literally, ha) while providing world-class ink for the shop’s growing and returning clientele.
Anna Henzy uses her studies in zoology and botany to inform her designs. She enjoys combining client creativity with her own illustrative art.
Robert Kraiza worked as an animator, illustrator, and fine artist for a decade before he started tattooing (with shows in galleries across the country). He works in many styles with strong focus on draftsmanship.
Justin Turkus tattoos in all styles, and is an expert in lettering, fine-line, and black & grey art inspired by nature and the supernatural
And John too! He’s still tattooing at Frequency, but he’s closed his book and is switching to walk-ins only for a while. Follow @FrequencyTattooCompany to keep up dated on John’s schedule, and drink in the all the gorgeous imagery being inked in East Falls these days.
