March is National Women’s History month, and the Local would like to give a big shout out to two women business owners with history going way back:
“Justine Bacon and I grew up together in Cheltenham, now we both are business owners on Conrad Street…The Artist Haus and Yoga Brain…small world, coming together in East Falls… ” (shared here with permission from Mackenzie Day’s Facebook page)
Conrad is growing into its own cool little vibe lately, thanks to these two vibrant spaces offering unique services – plus btw The Artist Haus sells clothing and accessories, too. If you haven’t discovered this local renaissance yet, plan your daytrip: morning yoga, mid-day makeover! Thanks to Mackenzie Day for sharing her photo from 2000.
